Since 2020, Charleston and Eva Outreach Ministry has been bridging the gap between urgent humanitarian needs and spiritual growth, providing both practical assistance to communities in Liberia and powerful prayer resources to Christians globally.
OUR STORY
How It All Began
Charleston and Eva Outreach Ministry was founded in 2020 out of a deep calling to serve God through both compassionate action and spiritual guidance. Named in honor of the communities we serve, our ministry began with a simple but powerful vision: to reach people in need with food, shelter, and God’s word while giving strength and hope through rendering service of love.
What started as a heart to help has grown into a registered nonprofit corporation serving multiple communities across Montserrado County, Liberia. From our first food distribution to our current comprehensive programs, every step has been guided by faith and a commitment to transparency in all we do.
Officially incorporated on October 7, 2020, we have remained faithful to our founding principles while expanding our reach to serve families both locally in Liberia and spiritually through published resources available worldwide.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Rev. Dr. Ghadyu, Janice Bailey
Founder & International Executive Director
Rev. Dr. Ghadyu, Janice Bailey brings together deep academic training with grassroots ministry experience in a unique calling that spans continents. As a licensed Christian counselor with a doctorate in pastoral counseling, she combines scholarly theological knowledge with hands-on community service.

- Mother of 6 children and grandmother of 3
Personal Ministry: Married to Pastor J Lemuel Gbadyu, Dr. Bailey has dedicated her life to both family and ministry service. Her heart for helping women and young adults led to the establishment of Charleston and Eva Outreach Ministry, where she could combine her passion for community development with her calling to provide spiritual resources.
Published Works
Dr. Bailey is the author of multiple spiritual resources, including “My Calling: The Voice of God Prayer Book” and “My Calling: A 365 Day Devotional,” both designed to help believers deepen their prayer life and strengthen their relationship with God.
